AJ Sham
Founder & CEO
AJ Sham founded Torrey Robotics to make advanced technology useful in everyday life and work. With more than 20 years of experience across robotics, AI, automation and modernization, he guides the company’s strategy and its approach to helping customers choose and adopt robotics.
AJ combines a technical perspective with a focus on the people, processes and support needed to put technology to work. He holds a Master of Science degree from Purdue University and leadership certificates from Stanford University.
Omi Valad
Co-Founder & COO
Omi Valad leads operations at Torrey Robotics, bringing together product selection, implementation and customer support. His experience spans technology implementation, integration and business operations, with an extensive background in robotics and AI automation.
He focuses on coordinating customer projects, installation, integration and ongoing support. Omi holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Shora Javeri
Chief Product Officer
Shora Javeri shapes the product vision at Torrey Robotics, connecting advances in robotics and AI with customer needs. She draws on her experience in automation and modernization to focus on products that are useful, well designed and easy to use.
Shora holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling. She brings a creative perspective to technical decisions and focuses on the complete product experience, from how customers evaluate a robot to how they use it in daily life.
